I started in the car business as a naive 19-year-old kid eager to get his feet wet in the car business and earn a name for himself. Little did I know, I had no clue what I was walking into; transacting tens of thousands of dollars! This has and still is, the best company and job I have ever had! The transition of a young adult into the real world is without a doubt hard, let alone doing it all alone with no help from anyone! Management and co-workers took me under their wings, taught me everything possible and imparted me with knowledge of decades of experience. Each of our leaders have an incredible personality whether it comes down to working a deal with a customer or just outings outside of work. Everyone at Horne Mazda Tempe has become a true family member and friend/mentor to me. Everything from the holiday parties, the incentivized lunches, and spiff programs we have been everything an employee could ask for! Truthfully, I feel like a REAL PERSON when working for the Horne's, not just another unknown employee. Even outside of work in the car business, I feel like I have an actual relationship with my coworkers and management to the point I would follow any of them to through thick and thin, and I even occasionally seek them for actual life advice outside of work too. Ultimately Horne Mazda has been a superb company to work for, like none-other when compared to previous jobs I've held. I'm thankful for the continued employment and great career I have been set up with! Hopefully many more prosperous years to come with the Horne's.
